Purchases

A Comparison Report ($9) is one PDF of up to six communities, made when you choose them in your account; the account stays open 60 days. A Pro Pass ($29) lasts 12 months from payment and includes unlimited Comparison Reports (up to 30 a day), the full atlas as CSV and PDF, city sheets with your name or company line, and email alerts when a value changes after a re-check. Prices are in US dollars, include no tax, and never renew.

Refunds

If a report or pass does not work as described, ask within 14 days through the correction form (choose “Purchase problem”) and we will fix it or refund it through PayPal. A refund switches the purchase off.

Use of the content

Reports, city sheets and the atlas file are for your own work and your clients. Please do not resell the atlas file or republish it wholesale. Facts themselves are free to repeat; please credit the original source.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any purchase is limited to the price paid for it.
