About Cuyahoga Post
Point-of-sale inspections, rental registration, municipal income tax, property tax rates and water and sewer service for all 59 Cuyahoga County communities, each with its source and the date it was verified.
Why it exists
The rules that change at a city line (point-of-sale inspections, rental registration, income tax) are spread over 59 community websites, two income-tax agencies, the County Fiscal Officer and the State. Cuyahoga Post puts each community's answers on one page, compares communities side by side, and shows where each answer came from and when it was checked.
What it is not
- Not news: no articles, no opinions, no feed of happenings.
- Not a list of businesses and not property data: no parcels, owners, sales or listings.
- Not the County or any city, and not legal or tax advice. The community or agency always has the final word.
Who publishes it
Cuyahoga Post is published by WeldonPC, Garfield Heights, Ohio. It is paid for by optional Comparison Reports, Pro Passes and clearly labelled sponsor panels. Sponsors do not choose, see in advance or check any fact.
Most pages also show one banner ad, labelled “Advertisement”, from AdEngine (adengine.us), WeldonPC's own small ad network. For now it advertises WeldonPC's own services, sets no cookies and has no say over any fact. What the ad receives.
